Bathurst Street, north of St. Clair in 1912


From Urban Toronto's "A Pictorial History of Cedarvale", which uses plenty of pretty pictures to tell the story of the development of the area around Bathurst, between St. Clair and Eglinton, which just so happens to be my 'hood.

  1. ah,1912....the age of no health service,mass arthritis,people dying of diarrhea..every inch a third world environment.not paradise,was it?rife wife-beating and child abuse and general all-round ignorance.
